The Pescadero Viking Boosters
The Pescadero Viking Boosters is a fundraising committee of the Pescadero Education Foundation that supports the 7th thru 12th grade high school in our district. Since the middle and high schools share facilities, this was a natural progression that we now support the Vikings and Panthers. The Boosters make money through community dinners and the Hoop Dreams Small School, Invitational Basketball tournament. We provide financial support for the athletics program, awards night, and scholarships for graduating seniors.
Hoop Dreams is coming up, December 2nd through 4th, 2010!
Alma Heights, Bay, Geyserville, Harker, Kirby, Mid-Peninsula, Pacific Collegiate, Pescadero, Point Arena, Potter Valley, and SF Christian High Schools will be competing this year in Hoop Dreams.
The tournament is a fundraiser for each class in the high school. Support our kids as they test their entrepreneurial wings to raise money for class trips:
7th & 8th grade: Selling popcorn during the tournament.
9th grade: Pancake breakfasts Friday & Saturday
10th grade: Raffle during the tournament
11th grade: The Hoop Dreams dance
12th grade: Selling food throughout the tournament.

How We Raise Money
The Boosters raise money primarily through special dinners at Duarte's Tavern and the Hoop Dreams Invitational Basketball tournament.
